As an E-commerce Specialist, you are responsible for managing and optimizing online sales activities through various marketplace platforms and the company's website. Your duties include product management, digital marketing strategies, sales data analysis, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing online store accounts on various marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
• Uploading, updating, and optimizing product descriptions, images, and prices.
• Creating and executing promotional strategies and online sales campaigns.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on online sales performance.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to increase traffic and sales conversions.
• Managing orders, ensuring a smooth process for ordering, payment, and delivery.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Identifying market trends and new product opportunities.

• Minimum education of a vocational high school or equivalent
• Work experience as an E-commerce Specialist/Online Shop Admin is preferred; no experience is also acceptable
• Able to be trained and follow directions
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, capable of working independently as well as in a team
• Communicative and possesses good customer service skills
