  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a team player.
  • Working Conditions: Office or remote environment, regular business hours, may include weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
