Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a customer-centric environment.
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years in a customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure.
