- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in product and service education for customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
