Description
- Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
- Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
- Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
- Generate & send medical reports
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in Healthcare or BPO industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail is essential. Dedication to customer service and patient satisfaction. The candidate must be capable of effectively managing phone calls.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work a shifting schedule is required; may require occasional overtime and work during weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and communicative.
