  • Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health trends.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
  • Maintain medical records and comply with health regulations.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Educate staff on health and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical assessments, strong work ethic, OHNAP certification, and OSH certification has an advantage.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential exposure to health risks, must adhere to safety protocols.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently.
