Description
- Independently oversee construction projects, including farm infrastructures.
- Collaborate with contractors on site.
- Manage on-site project execution, ensuring quality control, resource management, and timeline adherence.
- Make decisions under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (preferably licensed).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong skills in project design, planning, quality control, and resource management.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working independently with no subordinate staff.
- Willing to relocate and stay-in on-site in San Antonio, Quezon province.
