  • Manage site operations, coordinate with teams, ensure project timelines.
  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure project schedules and budgets are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation.
  • Resolve onsite issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Engineer is a must
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in site engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and PlanSwift.
  • Working Conditions: On-site presence with potential exposure to outdoor elements.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
