- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain service standards.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

- Document interactions and updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Requirements
