- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
