  • Responding to inbound customer calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' inquiries and concerns
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues that require further assistance

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with customer service call centre operations or experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Willing to work in a day shift schedule
