Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Client-Engaged Outsourced Personnel to provide administrative support to our clients in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, data entry, and more, enabling the team to focus on their core responsibilities.




The main duties and responsibilities include:


  • Make cold calls to prospective clients within the Australian retail industry using a provided script.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for our Australia-based team.
  • Complete approximately 75–100 calls per month (including follow-ups).
  • Record call outcomes and maintain an up-to-date database of contacts.
  • Serve as the consistent voice representing our brand for all outbound calls.
  • Provide feedback on call performance to help refine messaging and targeting.
  • Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and offer solutions before problems arise.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow





Requirements

  • Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail brands and Australian retailers is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Australian accent is strongly preferred due to the target market.
  • Comfortable working independently and reliably available for 1 day per week.
  • Commitment to consistency and building rapport with prospective clients over time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), common collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, etc.) and CRM tools
