Description
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service standards.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills are a plus.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and patience.
