Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the organization of meetings, events, and projects.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and prepare reports as needed.
- Support budgeting and scheduling to optimize office workflow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, strong command of the English language, excellent written communication, organizational skills, and effective time management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
