  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage communication and correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage document organization.
  • Assist with preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity.
  • Perform Clerical task and tasks assigned by the superior
  • Must be okay to perform field work (if needed)

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, data entry, MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication
