Description
- Handling phone inquiries, emails, and other form of communication.
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and events.
- Preparing reports, memos and necessary documents.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping task, (vouchering and invoicing.)
- Managing office supplies
- Welcoming visitors and providing them with necessary assistance.
- Supporting other members with various administrative task as needed.
- Custodian of petty cash fund
- Other task maybe deemed necessary by the management.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, Marketing or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in office coordination or executive assistance is an advantage (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Mail)
- Keen details of record-keeping and filing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to compose professional emails and reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willing to undergo training period
- Must be located in Paranaque or nearby areas
