Handling phone inquiries, emails, and other form of communication.
Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and events.
Preparing reports, memos and necessary documents.
Assisting with basic bookkeeping task, (vouchering and invoicing.)
Managing office supplies
Welcoming visitors and providing them with necessary assistance.
Supporting other members with various administrative task as needed.
Custodian of petty cash fund
Other task maybe deemed necessary by the management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in office coordination or executive assistance is an advantage (preferred but not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Mail)
Keen details of record-keeping and filing systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to compose professional emails and reports
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Time management and prioritization skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
