Description
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers.
- Resolve inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product usage and troubleshooting.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduates or Students welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, teamwork, technical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
