Employer Research & Digital Marketing Coordinator – Remote

About Catalyst Career Consultants

Catalyst Career Consultants is an Australian recruitment consultancy specialising in healthcare recruitment, with a particular focus on connecting pharmacists and other healthcare professionals with suitable employers across Australia.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional in India to support employer research, digital marketing, CRM management and website coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Research at least 30 suitable Australian pharmacy employers, owners, HR managers or decision-makers each week.
• Verify employer names, job titles, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles and business details.
• Maintain and clean the company CRM by removing duplicates and recording contact status, last contact date and next follow-up action.
• Prepare and schedule professional LinkedIn company-page content.
• Assist with Canva graphics and social-media content.
• Coordinate approved website updates, including vacancies, testimonials, videos and service information.
• Prepare a weekly Friday report covering leads researched, outreach progress, LinkedIn performance, website activity and completed tasks.
• Draft employer messages and emails for approval before they are sent.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidates, employers and company information.

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience in digital marketing, lead research, virtual assistance, recruitment support or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Canva and social-media scheduling.
• Basic CRM and WordPress knowledge.
• Strong online research and data-verification skills.
• Reliable computer, internet connection and professional remote-working environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.

Experience in Australian recruitment, healthcare, B2B lead generation or pharmacy would be advantageous but is not essential.
