What You'll Do

As a Windows System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing overall production support, building and maintaining support for APPRAPS OS Run Time. You will lead ongoing production activities, identifying potential areas of improvement, implementing changes and maintaining system configurations. You will also comply with the organization's Operational Risk and Operations Control Governance, participate in Group audits, display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

• Provide overall production support
• Build and maintain support for APPRAPS OS Run Time
• Lead ongoing Production activities, identifying potential area of improvements, implementing changes and maintaining system configurations.
• Comply with the organization's Operational Risk and Operations Control Governance
• Participate in Group audits and contribute significantly in defining and delivering the team’s response to any queries from the regulators and auditors.
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct.
  
  

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Windows System Administrator role will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or its equivalent. They should have hands-on working experience in Windows Server Operating System Products, with at least 5 years of production support experience. Experience in Powershell scripting and ADO DevOps would be an advantage. The candidate should have proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations, identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical people. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or its equivalent.
• Hands-on working experience in Windows Server Operating System Products, with at least 5 years of production support experience and at least 3 years of support experience in Windows or Linux server clusters.
• Experience in Powershell scripting and ADO DevOps would be an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations
• Ability to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical people
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
