JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Wellness Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center ensuring the effective delivery of high quality and timely medical care and patient diagnosis. The role significantly influences crafting and executing initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience, streamlining clinic operations workflows, strategic planning, resource allocation and driving the growth of the clinics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive Experience with Clinic Operations Management, Clinical Leadership, Patient Experience, and/or Project Management
• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree of medical or business related courses
• With at least six years of related professional experience in a healthcare environment
• At least three years of management experience
• Business development experience preferred
