Project Management & Collaboration

• Set and meet project milestone, ensuring timely delivery of each phase in collaboration with the programming team.
• Provide regular, transparent updates on project progress and any challenges to the IT Head.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Web & Mobile Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain new and existing web and mobile applications, focusing on functionality, security and scalability.
• Work with both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, MySQL, MSSQL) technologies to deliver high-quality applications.
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.

Documentation & Technical Specifications

• Produce detailed technical specification, user manuals, and other documentation to support the development process and ensure maintainability.
• Document and communicate clear, comprehensive code comments for future developers and stakeholders.

End-User Support & Training

• Provide user training for developed applications to facilitates smooth adoption and optimal use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues reported by end-user, providing technical support when necessary.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and MSSQL.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel (experience preferred).
• Experience in Android and iOS development is a plus.

Experience

• 2-4 years experience in full stack development, with a demonstrated portfolio of web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
