Responsible for organizing regular inventory checks (weekly, monthly, yearly), analyzing the reasons for discrepancies, and making corrections.
Responsible for overseeing the entire process of receiving goods, quality inspection, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Responsible for optimizing warehouse layout to improve space utilization (such as shelf adjustments and aisle design).
Responsible for the safety training and safety prevention inspections of warehouse staff.
Responsible for organizing position skill training (such as safety operations, system use, 5S management).
Responsible for implementing 5S management (Sort, set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly.
Responsible for coordinating internal and external audits, and rectifying non-compliance items. Responsible for internal warehouse documents.
Responsible for accepting and completing other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Proficient in warehouse layout planning and inventory control (such as ABC classification and FIFO/First in First Out).
Familiar with warehouse operation processes (inbound, storage, picking, outbound, inventory check).
Familiar with warehouse safety standards (fire safety, hazardous material storage, 5S management).
Skilled in operating WMS/ERP systems, promoting digital upgrades
