- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

- Prepare reports on productivity and suggest improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, ability to perform heavy lifting, and effective communication for handling personnel.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with physical demands and flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to staff coaching.
