  • Maintenance: Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks around the facility. 
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

職位要求

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a utility worker.
  • Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
  • Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment.
  • Ability to stand, crouch, and do physical works for extended periods.
  • Experience working with cleaning chemicals.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
