簡介

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and grounds. 
  • Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety of the facility by addressing potential hazards, reporting issues, and monitoring for unauthorized access. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records of completed work, materials used, and inventory. 
  • Following Instructions: Receiving direction from supervisors or managers and adhering to established procedures. 
  • Assisting with Maintenance: Supporting skilled tradespeople in larger maintenance and repair projects. 
  • Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies like leaks or outages, and taking appropriate action. 


職位要求

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a utility worker.
  • Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
  • Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Experience working with dangerous cleaning chemicals.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
