Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and recruiting a team of insurance agents, and driving sales targets. This role is open in two locations—Cebu and Bohol—but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, Recruitment and Sales Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Experience in financial services or insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certifications in insurance or management are a plus
