· Assist the driver in terms of delivery
· Assist the driver to determine next assignment for delivery point
· Properly using of seatbelt to be secured during transit
· Ensure and able to communicate driver’s directions with understandable hand signals.
· Communicate and coordinate with logistic expediter in terms of getting the right information with regards to their delivery.
· Properly filling up the waybills form
· Handling of documents such as EIR and others properly.
· Ensuring that all trip schedules are delivered
· Checking all the cargo is accurate and timely delivered to the customer.
· Ensuring that all company equipment such as cellphone, PPE are properly handled and secured.
· Ensuring that all deliveries are properly serve on or before the date needed as indicated on the waybills
· Ensuring that no valid complaints received from Internal/External Customers are related to delivery process
· Ensuring all request for delivery has properly approved by the logistics expediter and operations Supervisor before the delivery
· Checking and ensuring that all delivery of goods is properly handled and delivered on time
· Ensuring no delay in any task assigned by the Logistics Expediter under normal Conditions.
· Providing and assisting solution to all technical or minor problems encountered during delivery of cargoes
· Assures that all instructions are understood and filed to meet the QMS Goals and timely deliveries despite obstacles in performing jobs
· Securing and checking that all documents’ requirements are submitted on time
· Providing continuous improvement in delivery of sustain cargo/shipments
· Can deal with positive response to all pressures either from Superior, driver and co- helper
· Comply with the Operation and Safety training, plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.
· At least High School Graduate
· Good Communications and Interpersonal Skills
