We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Food Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a food truck, delivering excellent service to customers, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of food and beverages at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and Operate the Food Truck: Safely operate the food truck to designated locations, ensuring it is maintained and clean at all times.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
• Food Preparation Support: Assist with food preparation, cooking, and assembling orders as needed, following all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Cash Handling and Sales: Accurately handle cash, process payments, and provide change to customers. Maintain a balanced cash register.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain food supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations. Notify management of any supply needs.
• Truck Maintenance: Ensure the food truck is cleaned and maintained regularly, including basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure, fuel levels, and other essential truck components).
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food handling and safety practices comply with local health regulations and food safety standards.
• Promote the Brand: Help promote the food truck business and menu items on social media, through customer interactions, and at events.

• Valid driver’s license (Professional 1,2,3) with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in food services or delivery.
• Ability to operate and maintain a food truck.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25-50 kilos.
