1. Overall Objectives

• To provide comprehensive training and technical support for residential air conditioning products.
• To ensure product knowledge and technical expertise among sales and service teams.
• To enhance customer satisfaction through effective training and product support.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for sales and service teams on residential air conditioning products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new products and technologies.
• Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Assist in the resolution of product-related issues and customer complaints.
