Liaise with customers to gather information and data required for system setup, implementation, and post-sales support.
Identify and resolve issues within the collected information and data; communicate with clients to clarify and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring it reflects the latest system updates and releases.
Compile, document, and update ongoing issues, contributing actively to the internal knowledge base.
Lead client discussions to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.
Monitor project timelines and coordinate with programmers to address any technical issues efficiently.

Eligibility: Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Education: Diploma or Degree holders of Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise information system or IT related disciplines
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the IT Accounting Software industry or property management sector.
Skills & Attributes: Strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Capable of working independently with a high level of commitment, integrity, and a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
