Responsible for creating test strategy for the support functions inclusive of defect management, NFT, automation, and test tool, as well as overall planning and estimates for the needed resources for testing efforts
Responsible for making sure that testing scope is correct by aligning requirements with business stakeholders/project team
Oversees execution and completion of end-to-end test activities; ensures QA standards are enforced on all projects
Prepares and executes testing kick-off
Reviews and approves test execution plans for end-to-end testing
Ensures traceability from requirements
Facilitates test readiness and coordinates with test environment readiness for end-to-end testing
Ensures issuance of test completion certificate for end-to-end testing
Prepares test closeout report at the end of testing activities
Responsible for creating reports for senior managers for progress and issues
Trains, coaches, and mentors QA members

At least 5 years' experience as a Test Manager
Advanced knowledge of software testing theories and practices
Advanced knowledge of computers
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Leadership
Knowledgeable in HPQC
Knowledgeable in waterfall and agile methodology
Can handle multiple projects and lead the testing team
Can handle pressure from business and stakeholders
Can handle pressure to deliver projects with not enough resources, a low budget, and not enough time
