Cash Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, ensuring the proper handling of cash, checks, and other monetary instruments.
Account Management: Assist customers with opening new accounts, updating account information, and promoting additional banking products and services.
Compliance & Security: Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding customer information and preventing fraud.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive banking experience.
