Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through telesales efforts. Additionally, experience in CEO or marketing positions will be advantageous in understanding market trends, customer needs, and strategic business objectives.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, including CEO, on telesales performance, key metrics, and sales pipeline status.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• SHS Graduate or 2nd year College Level

• 3 years of experience in Telesales or outbound B2B sales within the BPO industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.

• Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
