We are seeking staff to conduct cold calls to IT companies in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia to secure subcontracted software development projects. This is an initial project with the following conditions:
- Target companies: IT companies in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia
- Purpose of calls: To propose our software development resources and services
- Possibility of extension: Continued engagement may be offered depending on results
- Work location: Up to 2 on-site reports at the Ortigas office may be required (not mandatory)
Working Hours & Compensation
- Estimated working hours: 40–52 hours per month (weekday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- Shift system: 1 shift = 4 hours, up to 10–13 shifts per month
- Compensation: PHP 500 per hour
- Salary disbursement:
- Cut-off period 22nd – 5th → Paid on the 15th of the month
- Cut-off period 6th – 21st → Paid on the 30th of the month
Work Expectations & Evaluation
- Trial period: First 3 shifts (12 hours total)
- If no appointments are secured during this period, the contract will not be renewed (trial hours will still be paid).
- Expected number of calls per shift:
- 1st shift: 100 calls
- 2nd shift: 200 calls
- 3rd shift: 200 calls
- After the trial period: Quota set at 25 calls per hour
- If calls are finished early, remaining time can be used for lead outreach via email or social media
- Performance review: Conducted every 5 shifts
- If the average number of appointments per total shifts is below 1, the contract will not be renewed
- Example: If you work 5 shifts but secure fewer than 5 appointments, the contract will not be renewed
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through outbound calls to introduce services
- Preparing and qualifying lead lists based on predetermined criteria
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Conducting follow-up calls when necessary
- Providing feedback on lead quality and call scripts for process improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or sales (at least 6 months BPO experience preferred)
- Strong English verbal communication skills (persuasive and personable phone presence)
- Background in IT (degree in IT or development knowledge/experience is a plus)
- Goal-oriented mindset and persistence in achieving results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
- Experience using CRM systems or similar tools
