5 days working, rest in weekend, 22:00-7:00


We are a leading furniture e-commerce company dedicated to providing high-quality home furnishings and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for more professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team! 

1. Client Development and Screening

  • Proactively contact the U.S. designer community (interior design/architecture/staging) via phone to introduce the company's furniture product line and B2B service advantages.
  • Conduct initial qualification reviews of customer leads assigned by the CRM system to identify high-potential clients.
  • Use standardized questionnaires or scripts to assess client needs and establish customer segmentation labels


2. Sales Process Advancement

  • Guide clients to visit the company website and complete registration through phone communication, achieving digital traffic flow in the sales funnel.
  • Answer basic inquiries from clients regarding product knowledge, custom services, and logistics terms; forward complex issues to the U.S. sales team.
  • Regularly follow up on unconverted leads, using a combination of email and phone to improve customer activation rates.


3. Systematic Collaboration

  • Real-time update client communication records in the CRM system HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. team to optimize localized communication scripts (optimize professional terms for the designer community).
  • Submit weekly customer behavior analysis reports, providing feedback on market dynamics and suggestions for script improvements.

職位要求

1. Essential Requirements:C1 level or above in English (must pass a business speaking test), able to express fluently.


2. Over a year of B2B tele-sales experience, with a background in the furniture/building materials/design services industry preferred.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Google Workspace office suite.
  • Master professional tele-sales techniques (demand discovery/objection handling/cross-time-zone communication).


3. Soft Skills:

  • Cultural sensitivity: understanding U.S. business etiquette and communication characteristics of the designer community.
  • Data-driven thinking: able to optimize workflows through metrics such as conversion rates and call durations.
  • Ability to work under pressure: maintain a professional service attitude while handling over 80 calls per day.
