Job Title: Technical Writer (ISO Documentation Specialist - Web Development)

We are seeking a meticulous Technical Writer to document our web development processes, with a strong focus on ISO compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers, QA teams, and compliance officers to create clear, structured, and standardized documentation that aligns with ISO requirements.

• Research, write, and maintain detailed technical documentation for web development processes, including workflows, security protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure all documentation complies with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and internal policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
• Organize and update existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Develop templates, style guides, and best practices for documentation.
• Assist in preparing audit-ready materials for ISO certification and reviews.
• Create supplementary materials such as diagrams, flowcharts, and process maps to enhance clarity.

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in web development or software documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and compliance documentation.
• Strong ability to interpret technical concepts and present them clearly for diverse audiences.
• Experience with markdown, Confluence, Git, or other documentation tools.
• Knowledge of web development processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.

• Certification in technical writing or ISO compliance.
• Background in web development or IT.
