Internship: System Support
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn System Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system operations while working closely with our technical team. This internship is a great opportunity to explore the world of cloud-based business solutions, e-commerce integration, and accounting systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting software and system issues
- Support the team in monitoring, testing, and maintaining company systems
- Help document support tickets, solutions, and user guides
- Work with the development team to identify, replicate, and report system bugs
- Assist in training users on system features and functions
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve support efficiency
Requirements
- Currently in Final Year pursuing Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Basic understanding of software, databases, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Internship duration: Minimum 4 months
