Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the company’s manufacturing processes, materials, and design principles to effectively communicate how the company products align with client requirements
Solution Customization: Collaborate with customers to develop customized company solutions, ensuring they meet technical specifications, performance expectations, and budget constraints
Quote and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and detailed proposals based on customer specifications, providing clear explanations of the technical aspects involved
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects
Sales Targets: Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
Product Knowledge Sharing: Train internal and external stakeholders on Amitron's products, processes, and technical capabilities

Must be licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer or Chemical Technology
Preferably residing in Caloocan or Valenzuela or nearby cities
Willing to do Technical Selling (with or without experience in technical selling)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a clear and understandable manner
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for generating technical documentation and presentations
Salary will depend on experience – open for negotiation
