Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Support Specialist. The Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical problems, offering timely solutions, and providing excellent customer support. Communication with customers to resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
