We're seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team.

Skills Required

  • Project Management: Prior experience with project management principles is a plus.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language (required).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background and a passion for technology.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Experience as a customer service representative or technical support in a BPO environment (a plus).
  • Attitude and Mindset: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

Daily Workload

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the progress of ongoing website and digital marketing projects.
  • Client Collaboration: Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving goals and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Monitor project timelines and budgets daily to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Deliverables Management: Track the completion of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments and teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Client Support: Handle client interactions via live chat and phone support, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Budget and Schedule Adherence: Help ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze customer requirements to inform project direction.
  • Documentation Assistance: Assist with documenting project progress and customer support interactions for future reference.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed

YOU MUST HAVE AN EXCELLENT COMMAND OF ENGLISH SINCE YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH OUR U.S. SPEAKING CLIENTS.

Starting Salary of ₱21,000/monthly (Negotiable)
