Position: Tax Assistant

Work Schedule: 9:00AM-6:00PM or 9:00AM-5:30PM (Weekends Off)

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 2 years of working experience in Tax and Compliance.
• With experience working in the same industry is an advantage
• Amenable to work on site
• Amenable to attend online interviews

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of tax-related business accounting, making sure that tax and fee accruals are correct, thorough, and made on time.
• In charge of filing tax returns on schedule and accurately
• In charge of carrying out invoice (receipt) management protocols and working with suppliers on invoice-related issues.
• In charge of managing tax risk on a daily basis, examining tax irregularities, and carrying out specialized and weekly tax studies.
• In charge of communicating with tax audits, managing tax refund assignments, and supplying pertinent papers as needed.
• In charge of coordinating and working with intermediary agencies and tax authorities.
• Carry out any additional ad hoc duties that leaders designate you.
