Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating various activities that contribute to a seamless hiring experience. This position works in close collaboration with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and candidates, while also managing candidate records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Support the creation and posting of job openings on various recruitment platforms, as needed
Candidate Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within tracking systems
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of applicants
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to align on role expectations and candidate profiles
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs, when requested
- Assist with onboarding tasks, including facilitating new hire documentation in collaboration with the People Solutions Team and Operations
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain recruitment-related documents and files
- Contribute to additional HR tasks or projects as needed
