As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract the best candidates to support our organizational objectives. You will work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, streamline the hiring process, and enhance our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related course.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and team members
Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a seamless process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and performance
