Source and recruit talents specializing in livestreaming, content creation, and affiliate marketing
Identify candidates proficient in shooting, editing, and publishing content on TikTok and other social media platforms.
Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' creative, technical, and strategic skills.
Promote and explain the Companys concept to prospective talents, emphasizing its benefits and opportunities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
