Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient flow of ingredients, packaging materials, and equipment from suppliers to commissaries and stores while maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in food supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to ensuring that every stores receives high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, terms, and payment agreements to optimize cost savings.
  • Source high-quality ingredients, raw materials, and packaging while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Inventory & Warehousing Management

  • Implement efficient inventory tracking systems to minimize wastage and prevent stock shortages.
  • Manage warehousing operations, ensuring proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable item.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory replenishment strategy to align with demand forecasts.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Oversee timely and cost-efficient transportation of supplies from warehouses to commissaries and stores.
  • Optimize delivery routes and schedules to reduce logistics costs and delivery lead times.
  • Ensure proper handling and distribution of food products to maintain freshness and quality.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure all products meet food safety regulations.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with food handling, packaging, and storage standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse and logistics operations to maintain operational excellence.

Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Utilize data analytics and forecasting tools to enhance demand planning and minimize waste.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (preferably in food & beverage or QSR).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations, cost control, and logistics optimization.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP, and warehouse best practices.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools.
