職位要求
- Job Title: Store Manager
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing, services expertise, inventory management, sales management, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize inventory.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, flexible hours including weekends.
