簡介

Customer Service:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and store policies
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and patiently

Sales & Product Promotion:

  • Actively participate in selling and meeting sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, new arrivals, and promotions

Merchandising & Inventory Management:

  • Receive and verify incoming stock against delivery invoices
  • Organize, shelve, and display merchandise in a neat and appealing manner
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to prevent shortages or excess
  • Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method for product rotation

Cash Handling (Support Role):

  • Support the Manager or Officer-in-Charge in operating the cash register
  • Accurately handle payments, provide change, and issue receipts
  • Follow established cash handling procedures
  • Note: Any cash shortages may be subject to salary deduction

Store Cleanliness & Maintenance:

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and replenishing supplies
  • Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with fellow team members and other departments
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff as needed

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
  • Experience Level: Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong math skills and attention to detail, excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate registers.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for extended standing.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
