Responsibilities and Duties: Set up and place rebar according to specifications, ensure safety procedures are followed, and collaborate with team members.
Install and fix steel reinforcement bars as per structural drawings.
Interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on time.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer.
Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and knowledge of steel fixing techniques.
Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor construction environments, exposure to varying weather conditions.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and ability to work in teams.
