• Your primary role is to ensure that the system always works.
• You will define, design and administer systems used for data communications and will recommend improvements necessary to ensure operation of the CallMiner's high traffic, business critical internet production environment.
• You will manage the load configuration of a central data communication processor and will makes recommendations.
• You will propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of CallMiner and related system.
• You will be the first point of contact for performance analysis, scalability and service architecture/database administration issues for CallMiner and related system.
• You will keep develop and maintain a vertical knowledge of Dexcom product and service.
• You will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• You are capable of working in special projects and performs other duties as required.
  
  

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• You have atleast 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably for CallMiner, Genesys and/or Salesforce.
• You have strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and network protocols.
• You have experience with virtualization technologies and artificial intelligence technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• You have familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
• You showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• You are flexible to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• You can perform other functions as required in the nature and scope of position.
